The ID4Africa Movement will hold the physical gathering of its 2023 Augmented General Meeting at the Edge Convention Centre, College of Insurance, Nairobi, Kenya on 23-25 May 2023.

The Edge Convention Centre is located about 30 minutes from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

    REQUIREMENTS

    All passengers traveling to Kenya must fill out the Kenyan Health Surveillance Form and receive a QR code. This code must be presented at the airport when crossing the Kenyan borders. The health form is currently obligatory for all visitors, with single exceptions.

    E-VISA APPLICATION


    All visa applications for Kenya are online. If you require an eVisa to travel to Kenya, you may apply here:

    ID4Africa will not be able to provide a Business Registration (BR) for the inviting entity i.e. the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, Kenya, which is needed for business or conference visa applications. We, therefore advise that you apply for a Tourist eVisa. The Tourist eVisa procedure is simple with a waiting period of about 3 days.

    E-VISA REQUIREMENTS


    Delegates requiring a visa to enter Kenya are advised to handle the e-Visa Application process ASAP to ensure you receive all necessary documents in time for your trip and have enough time to reapply if your application is rejected because of incorrect photo or supporting documents, for e.g.

    Checklist of documents required to apply for a Kenyan eVisa:

    • Your passport with no less than six months validity from date of entry into Kenya.
    • A clear and readable photocopy of your passport biodata page
    • At least two (2) blank pages in your passport for entry/exit endorsements.

    • A return ticket.
